The Class of 2024 has set new records for post-graduation success, with 94% of graduates securing employment or advanced study placements within three months of commencement. Among the standout achievements are twelve Fulbright scholars, eight startup founders who secured seed funding, and three graduates accepted into top-five medical programs.
Maria Rodriguez, a first-generation college student who majored in Biomedical Engineering, co-founded a health-tech startup during her senior year that has since raised $2.3 million in funding. Her company develops affordable diagnostic tools for underserved communities, directly inspired by research she conducted in our campus labs.
The university's career services team attributes much of this success to the expanded internship program launched in 2022, which now partners with over 400 organizations globally. "Our students are not just graduating with degrees — they're graduating with real-world experience and professional networks," said Career Services Director James Park.
